These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aroshstudio.com website and any software products or services provided by Arosh Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Arosh Studio builds and sells its own software products (subscription or one-off licence) and provides custom development services — websites, apps, games and AI solutions — for businesses. Specific terms for a custom project are agreed separately with each client in writing (e.g. a quote, proposal or contract); these Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.
2. Accounts
If a product requires an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions & payments
- Subscription products renew automatically for each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- One-off purchases and custom projects are billed as agreed at the time of order (e.g. milestone-based, or full payment upfront).
- Prices are shown in the currency stated on the relevant product or service page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our software except where a licence explicitly permits it.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and source code of our own products remain the property of Arosh Studio unless a separate written agreement (e.g. a custom project contract) assigns ownership to the client. Purchasing a subscription or licence grants you the right to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.
6. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g. live demos, social media). We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a product if these Terms are violated, or if payment is not received. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Our products and services are provided "as is". While we work to keep everything reliable and secure, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Arosh Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
